   AMD to acquire World Labs for $8.2B

   AMD agreed to buy Fei-Fei Li's world-model and spatial-intelligence lab in an all-stock deal valued at roughly $8.2B, expected to close by the end of 2026, to co-design hardware and systems around emerging model classes.
